We’re growing and looking for a BMW Master Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, well-run, and drama-free environment.

Your Role

You’ll be trusted to do what you do best:

• Diagnose and repair BMW and MINI vehicles independently

• Work on a full range of vehicles, from daily drivers to M Series, hybrid, and electric models

• Use proper diagnostic tools and follow factory-level procedures

• Perform accurate inspections and test drives

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Communicate clearly and professionally with the team and customers when needed

What We’re Looking For

• BMW/MINI experience or BMW Master Technician certification

• ASE Certification preferred

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Strong diagnostic skills (not parts replacement–focused)

• Pride in clean, accurate, and correct repairs

• Valid California driver’s license

• Personal tools and toolbox

• Full Time and Part Time
